Tumulus

Hoogeloon (municipality Bladel) in Noord Brabant, is best known for two things:
Gnome King Kyrie, who lived in the Kabouterberg and the largest rampart-mound in the Benelux with a diameter of 41 m, also called "The Black Hill". Rampart-mounds are quite rare on the continent. They are more common in England. A burial mound from the Bronze Age (1500 v.C.). A holy place, a place with multiple cremation in tree coffins.

    The Buriel Mount

Very intriguing is the small hill ( in front), In it, no tomb has been found
What is the function? Look at the drawing below.

    The Buriel Mount

The leyline A focuses on the Tower of Hoogeloon and is likely to continue through the tower of Duizel.

So you see the small hill located at an intersection of ley lines and faces the rising sun.   You see also the shaman of the tribe on the hill stand with his face to the mound (the Genius Loci)   and the rising sun in the back, performing his rituals? A wonderful image, right?
